2. Description of Services

DeleteMyMug.com provides a professional mugshot removal service. We work on your behalf to request the removal of publicly available mugshot photographs and associated arrest records from third-party websites across the internet. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying websites that host your mugshot photograph or arrest record information.
• Submitting removal requests, takedown notices, and de-indexing requests to third-party websites and search engines on your behalf.
• Monitoring the status of removal requests and providing updates through your account dashboard.
• Providing ongoing monitoring services to detect the reappearance of previously removed content, where applicable.

You acknowledge that DeleteMyMug.com does not guarantee complete or permanent removal of all mugshot content from the internet. Removal success depends on the cooperation of third-party website operators, search engine policies, applicable laws, and other factors beyond our control. We do not provide legal advice, and our Services should not be construed as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. You further represent that you are the individual depicted in the mugshot photograph for which you are requesting removal, or that you are the duly authorized legal representative of such individual. We reserve the right to request verification of your identity at any time and to refuse service if we are unable to verify your identity or authorization.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe that your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

Our Services are offered on a per-removal basis. The applicable fees for each removal request are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the Services selected.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card number or payment card details on our servers. All payment information is transmitted directly to and processed by Stripe in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental assessments associated with your purchase of the Services. Fees are non-transferable and may not be applied to any other service or account.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in connection with your removal request and account registration.
• Cooperate with our team by responding to requests for additional information in a timely manner.
• Refrain from using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.
• Not attempt to impersonate another individual or request removal of content on behalf of another person without proper authorization.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of DeleteMyMug.com or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DELETEMYMUG.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY. THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY MUGSHOT OR ARREST RECORD WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED FROM ANY PARTICULAR WEBSITE OR SEARCH ENGINE, OR THAT REMOVED CONTENT WILL NOT REAPPEAR IN THE FUTURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeleteMyMug.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; or (d) any claim that information you provided caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://deletemymug.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as described above.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to Terms
